Conveyancing Solicitor

We are working with an exciting full service firm based near Newport. They pride themselves on offering an exceptional client service and a rewarding working environment. Their aim is to build long-lasting personal and business relationships with their clients and provide a welcoming workplace for their staff.

The firm are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a busy and rewarding team. You will run your own caseload of matters and be given further opportunities to progress within the firm.

This is what you’ll be doing

You will be working with local and national clientele. You will be managing your own case load of residential conveyancing matters to include purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold property.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

You will have gained at least 1 years’ experience within a law firm’s residential property team, however all levels of experience and qualifications will be considered.

There’s also some must haves

You will have knowledge of how to progress simple conveyancing transactions from start to finish and take a client-focused approach at all times.

Salary is dependent on experience and competitive.
