​Join the Corporate and Commercial department of a national law firm based in Bristol! 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal who has previous experience in a Paralegal/ Legal Assistant position to join a busy team and provide a full range of legal services to a varied client base. You would be assisting on corporate mergers, de-mergers, sales, purchases and shareholder agreements as well as getting involved with the drafting of documents and document reviews. 

This firm is a recognised provider of Training Contracts and the successful candidate would be encouraged to pursue this and qualify as a Solicitor in this area of law! 

What you would be doing:

• Assisting corporate and commercial lawyers with their busy caseloads 

• Drafting correspondence and documents 

• Co-coordinating meetings and taking instructions 

• Researching laws and regulations 

• Participating in marketing and business development activities where required

What we are looking for: 

• An avid interest in Corporate and Commercial law 

• Previous experience in a similar Paralegal position 

• Desire to develop professionally and secure a Training Contract
