This is what you’ll be doing

• Assisting senior Lawyers in respect of banking and finance matters
• Drafting and negotiating legal documentation including loan agreements, security documents, company guarantees, board minutes and other authorisation documents
• Attending meetings and conferences

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• LLB / GDL /LPC is essential
• Basic experience in banking and corporate law
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Drive and enthusiasm
