A UK Top 50 law firm, are looking for a driven Corporate Paralegal, to join their highly regarded Corporate Team. Notably this firm offer training contracts, and you would be based in their state-of-the-art Bristol office.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Support a Legal 500 Corporate team, which deals with multi-million-pound transactions
• Work on a varied Corporate caseload, including equity capital and private equity work
• Creating and amending documents
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
• Archiving, filing and general administration duties
• Preparing correspondence

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as Legal assistant/Paralegal is essential
• Experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal in a Corporate Environment is highly desirable
• LLB / GDL /LPC is ideal
• Excellent IT skills (ideally with experience of a Case Management System)
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Able to work to strict deadlines and use your initiative to prioritise work
