A Legal 500 and Times Top 200 firm are looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor/Associate, to join their nationally recognised Corporate team, within their central Bristol office. This is what you’ll be doing

• Play an integral part in a highly regarded technology practice, working on a broad range of high value corporate matters, predominately focused on venture capital and M&A
• Maintain strong client relationships on a regional, national and international level
• Deal with business acquisitions, disposals, shareholders agreements, reorganisations and joint ventures
• Involvement within business development activities

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Solicitor or Associate
• Experience within Corporate law
• Sound merges & acquisitions and venture capital knowledge
• Ability to build strong client relationships, with excellent communication skills
• Meticulous and entrepreneurial
