A close-knit, collaborative practice are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their small team of exceptional Lawyers based in Swindon! 

With Directors that are consistently ranked within the top tier of the UK’s legal directories, you would be joining a very reputable firm which offers fantastic packages and progression opportunities. As a Corporate Solicitor, you'd be working with a team of 5 alongside engaging Partners and managing a busy workload.

This is a fantastic position for someone who has diverse background experience and can bring much more to the table than just PQE. This team embrace diversity of thought and are looking for someone who can get involved in other aspects of the business as well.

What you'll be doing:

- Project manage share purchases and sales 
- High value sales and acquisitions 
- Shareholder agreements 
- Management buy-outs

What we're looking for:

- Ideally 3+ PQE
- Previous Corporate experience
- Some marketing knowledge advantageous 
- Good business development skills
