This is what you'll be doing

As a Corporate Tax Solicitor you will be responsible for the following duties:-

• Translate complex tax matters into accessible language and advice for clients.
• Support businesses of all sizes in understanding tax systems and ensuring proper tax compliance.
• Provide expert advice on corporate restructurings/reorganisations, M&A transactions, tax planning, employment taxation, employee incentivisation, and real estate structuring.
• Build and deepen relationships with clients and referrers while leading a Corporate tax team through recruitment and talent development within the firm.

The experience you'll bring to the team

The successful candidate will bring the following experience to the Corporate Tax team:-

• Proven experience and genuine enthusiasm for advising on complex tax issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a proactive and dynamic team.
• Leadership experience or the ambition to step into a more prominent role.
• Technical proficiency, ideally with Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) status or working towards it.
• Strong communication skills and a positive team contributor.
