Customer Account Manager

This is what you’ll be doing

Main Duties:

• Working within a small team providing support across a number of platforms
• Provide client relationship management to the growing list of clients
• Become the point of contact after sales through service and delivering the relationship
• Manage the on-boarding process for new clients
• Element of market research, website development to assist with the sales team
• Conducting market research and creating content for marketing material
• Managing customer retention
• Supporting other team members to meet deadlines and targets

The experience you’ll bring to the team:

• Previous client facing experience
• A strong team player
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to speak welsh is desirable
• Confidant communicator
