Customer Contact Centre Team Leader

A large financial services company are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their contact centre team. If you have previous experience managing a customer service team and looking for your next challenge apply today.

This is what you’ll be doing

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to assist with the customers

  • Organise team members to ensure that customer administration and telephone queries are actioned and prioritised in accordance with importance

  • Look at ways to improve the customer experience

  • Assist with referrals on complex cases and complaints

  • Create positive working environment for your team

  • Continue to develop your team by training, coaching and providing essential feedback.

  • Ensure that customer enquiries in the contact centre are responded to effectively

  • Ensure customer accounts are always maintained and up to date

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • Strong financial services background

  • Previous experience as a team leader

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High attention to detail
