Customer Contact Centre Team Leader
A large financial services company are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their contact centre team. If you have previous experience managing a customer service team and looking for your next challenge apply today.
This is what you’ll be doing
Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to assist with the customers
Organise team members to ensure that customer administration and telephone queries are actioned and prioritised in accordance with importance
Look at ways to improve the customer experience
Assist with referrals on complex cases and complaints
Create positive working environment for your team
Continue to develop your team by training, coaching and providing essential feedback.
Ensure that customer enquiries in the contact centre are responded to effectively
Ensure customer accounts are always maintained and up to date
The experience you’ll bring to the team
Strong financial services background
Previous experience as a team leader
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
