Customer Coordinator

This is what you’ll be doing

• Provide day-to-day dedicated customer services support to U.K customers and International customers as required.
• Prepare quotations, acknowledge orders, and deal with tender documentation, invoices and associated paperwork.
• Answering and resolving customer’s queries and offering basic product support by telephone and email.
• Organisation and management of order shipments and deliveries and preparation of documentation. (Domestic and export).
• Managing all administrational paperwork for the U.K office, completion of supplier forms, basic financial administration etc.
• Providing day to day support to the Business Development Manager as required.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Passionate about customer service and solving problems
• Self-motivating your workload, may be periods of time working alone in office
• Well organised and dedicated
• Ability to travel occasionally within Europe
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within UK and/ or International exporting
