Customer Renewals Agent

This is what you’ll be doing
Joining the customer service department, you will be joining a dedicated customer support team helping customers.
- Respond to all customer enquires whether that’s by email, telephone or through online chat function
- Speak to all customers about their renewal options whilst keeping the renewal book up to date
- Liaise with all clients to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
- Assist with all incoming and outgoing post
- Build relationships with key insurers
- Scan and make sure all documentation is entered into the system correctly.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- Strong customer focused attitude
- Excellent written skills and computer literate
- Experience of working within a team
- Experience within financial services is desirable
And this is what you’ll get in return
Up to £18,000 + bonus
Monday to Friday 9-5 with some flexibility.
