Customer Renewals Agent

This is what you’ll be doing

Joining the customer service department, you will be joining a dedicated customer support team helping customers.

• Handle inbound calls from clients looking to obtain quotes or make amendments to their policy
• Speak to existing clients to update them of their renewal price
• Liaise with insurers and internal underwriters to ensure that all referrals are dealt with
• Maintain close relationships with company introducers
• Provide clients with a fully compliant household, let property and income protection quotes
• Retain clients with their renewals
• Fully document the actions carried out on all policies
• Use internal finance systems in order to discuss any issues with direct debit
• Deal with non-standard enquiries

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Strong customer focused attitude
• Excellent written skills and computer literate
• Experience of working within a team
• Experience within financial services is desirable

And this is what you’ll get in return

Up to £20,000 + bonus (up to £4,000)

Monday to Friday 9-5
