Yolk Recruitment have teamed up with an insurance company who are looking for a strong communicator and rapport builder to complement their team. This will be an office based role in a vibrant supportive environment.

What you will be doing:-

The ideal Customer Agent will be:-

• dealing with potential and existing customers
• logging call and on-line enquiry details on the in-house system
• chasing outstanding balances, taking inbound calls and issuing letters.

• Have excellent communication skills
• Have solid IT skills
• Be a team player
