Customer Service Advisor

Are you looking for an exciting Customer Service opportunity within a thriving company for 2019? Our Cardiff based client are a busy, fast paced Contact Centre and are looking for a professional and confident self-starter, full of enthusiasm to join their growing team!

This is what you’ll be doing

As Customer Service Advisor you’ll bring your energy and drive to smash your targets and actively work with your team to deliver a first class service to each and every Customer! You will be responsible for -

• Answering inbound calls.

• Supporting customers with their queries, complaints and providing updates on their services and package.

• Retention of customers who are considering cancelling their services.

• Updating customers details on the system.

• Experience of delivering excellent customer service.

• Confidence and motivation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• £16,000 - £17,500 basic salary with bonus and benefits.
