Customer Service Advisor

What you’ll be doing?
This is an excellent opportunity for a keen and dynamic Customer Service Advisor to an International and well known Banking Group, as part of their Pensions team in Gloucester on either a part time or full time basis. You will work to support customers to ensure they are receiving the best customer service possible. You will also:
  • Communicate with customers via telephone, webchat and email to assist them with their questions, queries and issues with their accounts in a timely manner.
  • Provide advice and support to all customers, helping them to make the best-informed decision possible
  • Form and build excellent relationships with customers and external clients by providing a friendly service to all.
  • Complete various administration duties around the customer and client queries and requests
  • Work within a regulated environment and in line with all guidelines and expectations

  • Excellent at communication and IT skills
