Customer Service Agent

This is what you’ll be doing

Joining the customer service department, you will be joining a dedicated customer support team helping customers.

  • Respond to all customer enquires whether that’s by email, telephone or through online chat function
  • Adhere to all FCA regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and make sure all customer details are updated on the system
  • Identify customer needs and make sure all issues are resolved
  • Support the customer service team leader.

  • Excellent written skills and computer literate
  • Experience of working within a team
And this is what you’ll get in return

£18,000 working Monday to Friday 9-5 with some flexibility.
