Customer Engagement Coordinator

This is what you’ll be doing
You will work for a new and exciting technology company bringing innovation to healthcare including the NHS primary care sector.
- You will have responsibility for handling telephone enquiries from GP surgeries and Insurers collecting confidential information
- Providing technical support for eMR systems via telephone, email, instant chat and Zoom
- Providing demonstrations to clients and customers if difficulties arise
- Have the confidence to make outbound calls and clearly communicate the service offering
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- Experience within Insurance or Healthcare is essential
- Tech savvy
- Good Telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills (proficient in Microsoft packages)
- Proactive Attitude
- Full DBS check required
