A Sunday times top 100 company to work for are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team. They are looking for someone with previous experience who can fit within their team.
This is what you’ll be doing
As a Customer Service agent, you will perform a pivotal role in delivering service excellence to all internal and external customers. You will support the Customer Service Management Team by performing all administrative tasks, including inbound/outbound calls, online direct messaging and all types of administrative and support requests.
Administer all inbound requests received from internal and external customers taking by calls, and online messages
Process all inbox and postal administration queries, transact request and manage correspondence
Be an expert in queries to do with household insurance, let policies and direct debt management
Process all administration work in line with internal processes and procedures, ensuring that everything is accurate and compliant following FCA guidelines
Assist the team manager in delivery of SLA’s by carrying out an appropriate share of the day to day tasks Build excellent relationships with all levels of staff throughout the business
The experience you’ll bring to the team
· Experience within insurance is essential
· Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous
· Excellent problem solving skills and ability to analyse information.
· Excellent telephone manner
And this is what you’ll get in return
Up to £18,000 + bonus
Monday to Friday 9-5
Work from home initially
