Customer Service Advisor - 18 month fixed term contract

Cardiff/Work from home

£18,000 + quarterly bonus

A Sunday times top 100 company to work for are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team. They are looking for someone with previous Customer Service experience and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

This is what you’ll be doing

As a Customer Service agent, you will perform a pivotal role in delivering service excellence to all internal and external customers. You will support the Customer Service Management Team by performing all administrative tasks, including inbound/outbound calls, online direct messaging and all types of administrative and support requests.

  • Administer all inbound requests received from internal and external customers taking by calls, and online messages

  • Process all inbox and postal administration queries, transact request and manage correspondence

  • Be an expert in queries to do with household insurance, let policies and direct debt management

  • Process all administration work in line with internal processes and procedures, ensuring that everything is accurate and compliant following FCA guidelines

  • Assist the team manager in delivery of SLA’s by carrying out an appropriate share of the day to day tasks

  • Build excellent relationships with all levels of staff throughout the business

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous

  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to analyse information

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • A positive attitude

  • Strong communication skills
