We are working with a large financial corporation who are looking for new Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisors to add to their growing team. The successful candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude, motivate others and work to tight deadlines. Welsh Speaking is essential
This is what you’ll be doing
·Input data into centralised company systems.
·Carries out standard customer service activities and responds to a range of customer enquiries whilst following established practices and procedures.
·Supports development of personal capabilities by pursuing existing formal and informal training opportunities.
·Inbound communication with visitors and telephone callers by responding to various requests for information and referring non-routine matters to colleagues.
·Work according to an assigned schedule.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
·Fluent Welsh Speaker
·Works within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reports simple non-compliance issues.
·Has 1 year minimum Customer Service telephony experience
·Ideally from an FCA regulated background
