Customer Service Advisor

Are you a confident Claims Handler with inbound and outbound call experience? Are you interested in an exciting new challenge to join a growing client based in the heart of Cardiff City Centre? Our client are looking for a self-motivated and driven Claims Handler / Customer Service Advisor to be part of their fantastic team and are planning to interview immediately!

This is what you’ll be doing

As Claims Handler you will play an integral part in the business offering support and sensitivity to all clients whilst providing excellent customer service.

You will -

• Be the first point of contact for all inbound calls relating to new claim queries coming into the business.

• Successfully fact find for all details of client’s Personal Injury or Road Traffic Accident with sensitivity and sympathy.

• Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on claim progression, to chase for documentation and to keep them updated on the process.

• Liaising with internal departments in relation to open cases.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Proven ability to work to targets and KPI’s.

• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.

• A target driven and motivated attitude to work.

• Experiences of case management for RTA claims, either pre-litigation or litigation would be desirable.
