Customer Service Agent
A growing organisation are looking Customer Service Agent to join their company. They are looking for someone to be point of contact for all customers. You will be maintaining customer relationships, and answering all queries. They are offering a salary of up to £18,000 + bonus. If this would be something of interest please get in touch today.
  • Respond to large volumes of customer contact by telephone, emails and in writing. Also via the online chat facility.
  • Adhere to FCA and other governing bodies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Process requests within a giving timescale
  • Follow communication scripts where necessary
  • Identify customer needs and resolve any issues
  • Update customers records on the internal system
  • Create a positive customer experience
  • Educate customers on all products and services the company offers
Experience Required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience within a similar role
