Customer Service Manager
A successful automotive company are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager, to liaise between internal departments to guarantee customer success. If you have previous management skills within customer service, order processing and deliveries, then apply today to find out more.
This is what you’ll be doing
The role of Customer Service Manager is to establish and develop relationships with contacts of key clients. You will also:
·Report back on demand changes within customers
·Resolve disputes on sales orders, deliveries and replacements to guarantee the best customer service.
·Maintain the CRM system to ensure all information is up to date and accurate.
·Update Customer Service requirements and update the subsequent relevant departments.
·Be accountable for warehouse management and inventory.
·Manage full material lifecycle, ie. From receiving to shipping of customer goods
·Manage the wide variety of teams in terms of training, career development and 1-1’s.
·Provide excellent communication between all departments with regards to customer service
The experience you’ll bring to the team
As an experienced Customer Service manager, you’ll need to have:
·A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management
·Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
·Good understanding of LEAN Principles, Waste Analysis etc.
·Direct Project Management and Automotive experience at managerial level
·Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
