​We are working with a large insurance provider who are looking for a Customer Service Manager (FTC) to join their team. The role will be responsible for providing critical services to members and Clients, in order to meet challenging customer service targets, embedding a highly customer centric culture and supporting our people to serve our customers to the very best of their ability.

This is what you will be doing as Customer Support Manager

  • Own the customer experience provided through a variety of service channels, including inbound and outbound telephony, email and online customer interactions.

  • Implement challenging customer service measures that demonstrate industry leading levels of customer experience through a first contact resolution service model.

  • Manage the team’s cost centre/budget to accurately forecast, track and challenge spend where appropriate.

  • Support business change initiatives through proactive engagement in change delivery, supporting business readiness and communication.

The experience you will bring to the team

  • Must have a working knowledge of pensions and its products

  • Have worked within the FCA or a regulated environment

  • Working within a contact centre or fast paced environment

  • Line management experience
