Customer Support Advisor
£20,000 - £25,000 per annum + excellent benefits and WFH options

We are currently working with an expanding award winning Tech start up based in the Bristol area. We are looking to recruit someone who takes pride in their customer service skills and personal development.
What you’ll be doing:
Interacting with interact with customers via email, live chat and social media in response to incoming queries.
Responding to customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring
accuracy is always maintained.
Supporting the wider organisation with tasks and projects as required.
Adhering to compliance procedures and conducting all tasks involved in the onboarding process for new customers
Delivering exceptional and personal customer service with view to maintaining excellent Trust Pilot scores
The skills you’ll bring to the role:
You’ll be an excellent multitasker and keen to input towards the overall success of the organisation
You’ll take pride in providing a positive service
You’ll have strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience in a Fintech or Start up business would be an advantage
Excellent IT skills – experience with Helpscout or Zendesk an advantage
You’ll be a quick learner and keen to make a difference
