We are seeking experienced and skilled Cyber Security Professionals to join a number of Defence and National Security clients. As a Cyber Security Professional, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' digital assets and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of their information - whilst being the first line of defence within National Security.

Responsibilities may include:

• Conduct comprehensive cyber risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
• Design, implement, and manage security solutions across various platforms.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of the latest cyber threats, trends, and technologies to proactively address emerging risks.
• Provide expert guidance and support during security incidents and investigations.
• Deliver effective security awareness training to internal teams.

Experience Required:

• Specialized certifications in areas such as penetration testing, incident response, or cloud security.
• Experience with industry-specific compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS).
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain in the context of cybersecurity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing security solutions in diverse environments.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
