Yolk Recruitment are currently working with a leading financial service company on their search for a Data Analyst to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal customers, you will be responsible for delivering excellent campaign design and end- to -end database marketing campaigns, including pre campaign planning, data extractions and insightful post campaign analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Providing data expertise on the information available for the campaign, communication, and data extraction.
• Ensuring robust tracking of campaigns in place, including implementation of control cells, test and learn methodology and campaign tracking.
• Providing analytical expertise to help optimise campaign targeting to create the maximum value.
• Developing post campaign analysis reports on performance of campaigns.
• Working across the team and with internal customers to continually improve campaign performance.
• Making recommendations on how future campaign and communications performance and value can be improved.
• Fully understanding the Group Marketing Database (GMD) and Campaign Management data and infrastructure to ensure campaigns are robust.

Skills:

• Experience of deploying models / analysis to drive greater database marketing performance
• Experience of deploying propensity and other models to campaigns
• Experience building dashboard in Power BI, Tableau or Looker
• Be able to recognise database marketing trends and how they are/will impact on Insurance Customers including multi-channel campaigns
• Experience with SQL
• Be proficient with SAS or alternative analysis tool for analysis

• Experience with Snowflake
