Data Entry Administrator
Looking for a friendly and ambitious Data Entry Administrator to work closely with and support the Clinical Risk team within an international Legal Firm based in Bristol.
 
This is what you’ll be doing.
As the Data Entry Administrator of this renowned firm, you’ll be working to support their Clinical Risk Team in collecting data and information about the claims being handled to support the lawyers and clients in discussing tactics and strategies. You’ll also be involved in:
  • Providing administrative support to the team, through backfilling data and improving underlying data for analysis
  • Supporting the development of various data processes and systems for the team
  • Ensuring all databases and data sets are kept up to date and accurate at all times
  • Working with team members on discrete data requests
  • Ensuing all protocols, processes, confidentiality and GDPR is always followed
 
The experience you’ll bring to the team.
As the Data Entry Administrator, you will be confident, approachable, and have previous administration experience, as well as:
  • A background within Personal Injury, Claims or Clinical negligence would be advantageous but not essential
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and numerical skills, and exceptional IT skills, including in Microsoft office.
  • Fantastic communication skills with people on all levels
  • 5 GCSE’s A*-C Including Maths and English

  • A salary between £18,000 - £19,000 depending upon skills and experience.
