Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for a database marketing analyst to work with a large financial services company. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a long-established company that is in a period of great expansion. You will deliver end-to-end database marketing campaigns including pre-campaign planning, data extractions & insightful post campaign analysis to support business decision making. Responsibilities:

• Develop knowledge and skills to ensure accurate campaign selections
• Provide data expertise on the information available for the campaign, communication, and data extraction.
• Ensure robust tracking of campaigns in place, including implementation of control cells, test and learn methodology and campaign tracking.
• Develop post campaign analysis reports on performance of campaigns.
• Make recommendations on how future campaign and communications performance and value can be improved.
• Develop understanding on the Group Marketing Database (GMD) and Campaign Management data and infrastructure to ensure campaigns are robust.

Core Skills / Experience:

• Good SQL coding to manipulate data on GMD and other warehouses
• Experience using SAS or similar analysis tool
• Experience in optimal campaign selections and analysis
• Deploying models / analysis to drive greater database marketing performance
• Deploying propensity and other models to campaigns
• Good Experience in Data storage and data transfer practices

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in campaign sign-off processes to ensure all campaigns are compliant
• Experience in campaign briefing processes to ensure all campaigns correctly logged and auditable
