Yolk recruitment are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery coherence and performance management of the team. The role requires an individual who can effectively lead and manage the team to ensure that outputs are delivered on time, to the right quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery team, ensuring that outputs are delivered on time, to the right quality
• Run team meetings and Kanban boards
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks and issues
• Ensure that dependencies and integration with other programs are managed effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Implement and manage ways of working, continuous improvement, and process management

Skills / Experience:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager
• Current DV security clearance
• Strong experience in project management and delivery
• Excellent team management and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with Kanban boards and agile methodologies is a plus
