Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for a demand planner for one of the worlds lead manufacturing of next generation technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a S&OP (Sales and operation planning) project that is at the forefront of a revolution technology that is about to take the world by storm. Responsibilities:
- Mange KPI’S
- Create presentations and chair weekly meetings
- S&OP (sales and operation planning) Demand Forecasting
- Facilitate the monthly unconstrained sales reporting process analysing changes to the previous month and versus budget requirements, collaborating with the commercial teams to create the demand plan
- Make sure NPI forecasts are captured and aligned
- Create strategic demand plans and identify contractual volume positions identifying risks/opportunities to the business
- Insert the weekly demand execution S&OE (Sales and Operation Execution) process
- Work with the Capacity and Inventory Planner to allocate products to manufacturing sites and support capacity strategies
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy and bias
- Control the demand master data to ensure data into the S&OP process is robust
Core Skills:
- Strong Excel Skills
- Advanced knowledge of demand planning
- Experience of S&OE, S&OP or IBP processes
- Experience in manage complex data
