Yolk Recruitment is searching for a Design Authoriser to work with the world's leading Aerospace company that is at the forefront of space exploration and travel.

You will be part of a fast-moving team who delivers high-quality Design Support to meet the needs of the Plant. The job holder will operate as a lead design engineer with an industry-recognised design authorisation signatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide approve and/or authorise design solutions for a range of tasks
• Provide technical leadership and continued mentoring to the engineering team
• Ensuring that design standards and requirements are met
• Operate as a design authorisation signatory
• Support in area of knowledge of the ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency
• Support and build strong relationships between wider stakeholders

Essentials

• Currently holds an industry-recognised design delegation (Design Approval, Design Authorisation)

Desirable

• Aviation experience
