Are you an experienced Design Engineer? Are you proficient in Solid Works? Have you worked on an equivalent CAD package? Do you have a sound knowledge of Mechanical Engineering? Are you familiar with electrical and electronic control systems? Do you have drive and ambition to progress with a growing organisation? If you answered yes to the above then this could be the perfect role for you.

As Design Engineer this is what you’ll be doing

You will work with the Head of Design and other team members to help maintain the engineering integrity of their product; carrying out modifications and associated documentation as required. You will create 3D and associated 2D drawings. You will also develop new components as required ensuring they are fit for purpose and achieve the specification.

• Config Control

• Detail Drawings

• BOMs

• Concept Models

• Engineering Analysis

• Build manuals

• Technical reports

• Tooling Design

• Supplier liaison

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• A sound knowledge of mechanical engineering.

• CAD/ Solidworks experience

• Excellent attention to detail.

• 3D and 2D Design experience
