Despatch Administrator

I am urgently looking for candidates who has experience within a despatch office for both internal and export UK sales. Do you have good health and safety awareness with good organisation skills? Do you have experience using M3 systems? If so, please read on and apply.

What you will be doing:

• Support the existing shipping and warehouse team.
• To complete the processing of paperwork within the despatch office.
• Booking in of PO’s using M3 system.
• Stock transactions using M3 system.
• Working as a team to manufacture products efficiently to the specifications provided.

The experience you will bring to the team:

• Basic Administrative duties
• Good health and safety awareness
• Able to provide timely and accurate information to agreed deadlines
• Good IT skills, computer literate
• Excellent organisational skills
