As a Developer Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional squad consisting of product, engineering, and testing professionals. Our squads operate using Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), taking ownership of features from conception to execution. Hosted on Microsoft Azure, we deploy frequent and incremental changes using CI/CD tools and leverage cloud technologies to ensure the security, speed, and scalability of our platform in meeting evolving demands.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of our products and applications in the production environment, thereby enabling the squad to remain focused on delivering innovative features

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Proactively monitoring insights and alerts in the production environment to identify potential issues.
• Responding to internal support requests, collaborating with the squad to promptly identify and resolve issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Addressing bugs as needed and contributing to efforts to reduce technical debt.
• Collaborating with squad tech leads, product owners, and automation testers in the release processes.
• Implementing tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhancing the overall developer experience.
• Seizing the opportunity to support your squad in delivering new features as required.
