Development Technician

Do you have 3 years’ experience working within a laboratory environment? Do you have experience within the medical field? Are you educated to degree level?

This is what you’ll be doing

You will be working with a newly established development and application laboratory for a global medical company. You will look to establish a development programme enabling the use of the existing product portfolio in new markets. You will need to become proficient in the use of full product portfolio, applying this knowledge to design and implement protocols. There will be some travel required.

·To carry out tests required within the development lab.

·To design and perform method evaluation protocols according to CLSI guidelines.

·To work with the product management team on planning application development activities.

·Produce claim support protocols and reports.

·To maintain the lab including the ordering of all materials.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

·Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a laboratory environment.

·Experience of the medical market.

·Educated to degree level. 
Able to travel for work when required.
