• DevOps Engineer

• 2-3 Month contract

• £400p/d-£500p/d(outside ir35)

We're working with a national financial services firm who are currently investing in expanding their DevOps operations based from there office in Cardiff to deliver a cutting-edge data platform and analytics.

This is what you’ll be doing

The primary duty will be to support the continuous delivery and deployment into the live environment.

• Support infrastructure and code-based deployment

• Create and manage automated builds

• Create and develop processes for builds and deployments

• Assist and guide the development team on DevOps on processes acting as a subject matter expert

• Act as an escalation point for 3rd line support where appropriate.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Cloud-based technologies

• Linux admin experience

• CI/CD experience

• Automation (E.g. Ansible, Jenkins)

• Terraform, Jenkins, Nexus and Maven
