We are currently seeking a highly skilled and DV cleared Digital Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients and internal teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative digital solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving successful digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements.

Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop and document comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure effective implementation of digital solutions.

Participate in the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure optimal performance.

Provide expert advice and guidance on digital best practices and emerging technologies.

Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital technologies.

Requirements:

Active DV clearance is mandatory.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

Experience in data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.

Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in government or defense sectors is desirable.
