Digital Marketing Assistant

Are you a digital marketing assistant wanting to develop your industry skills in a well-established and ever-growing company? 

This organisation looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Marketing Assistant to join their offices in Cardiff to assist with the development of their digital presence.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Assist in the launch of lead generation activities across digital channels

• Mange website improvements in order to deliver lead generation conversion rates and improve user experience

• Work with both internal and external web development resources to deliver and develop project plans to support the growth of the business

• Work with the wider marketing team to develop and implement campaigns

The experience you’ll be bringing to the team

• Experience in editing websites and familiarity with multiple CMS systems

• Understanding of online customer decision making

• Ability to create sales oriented, compelling and influential copy for varied marketing activities

• Strong numerical skills and competency with Microsoft Excel

• Experience working with web analytics software (preferably Google Analytics)

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate others

• The ability to use data to analyse problems

Desirable skills and experience would be

• Working with B2B companies

• Delivering marketing to non-English markets

• Multi-lingual
