Are you a passionate and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive who is looking to forge a career with an international organisation? Are you seeking a progressive role working with a Manager who will be keen to upskill and develop you? Do you have a B2B background and experience in working with international markets?

Yolk recruitment are excited to be partnered with a growing organisation that currently operates in 70 countries across 4 continents. This role would suit an experienced Digital Marketer who is keen to embark on the next step in their Marketing career.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Proactively reviewing and managing website improvement process, using data backed insight to propose improvements that deliver improved lead generation conversion rates and user experience across all website content.
- Coordinating with digital marketing team to develop and implement regular promotional campaigns, across email, CRM and web channels, supporting sales objectives in each direct market.
- Planning and defining process development that will be critical to new customer acquisition activities across all online marketing channels.
- Working closely with both internal and external web development resources to deliver and evolve project plans to support business development and enhanced website experience.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, changes and developments, sharing your ideas and findings with the team.
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the team:
- You’ll have experience in a similar Digital Marketing role
- You’ll have a degree level (or equivalent) education in Marketing, Business or similar
- You’ll have a proven track record of increasing traffic through paid search whilst improving on ROI
- You’ll have excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- You’ll be well versed in working with web analytics software (Google Analytics an advantage)
- You’ll be experienced in using paid search to build intelligent campaigns that generate leads and sales by targeting customers across their journey.
- Experience in a B2B marketing role within an international organisation would be a big advantage, however, is not essential.
- Experienced in any of the following software would be useful – Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data studio, Salesforce, Pardot.
- Bilingual – the ability to speak and write in more than one language would be beneficial, however, is not essential

- A starting salary of £30 - £35,000 per annum
