Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for a Digital Security Team Coordinator to join our client's team on an initial 6 month deal from Newport, South Wales.

Overview:

As a Digital Security Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of the Corporate Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)'s cybersecurity strategic vision at [Company Name]. Reporting to the Head of Digital Security Office, your primary mission will be to bolster our client's global digital security posture by facilitating the monthly Digital Security Teams (DST) validation and review committee for IT projects' cybersecurity aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with our client's esteemed team to ensure the success of the Digital Security Teams (DST) validation and review committee. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monthly DST Meetings: Efficiently organize and plan DST meetings, including yearly scheduling and invitations to DST members.

• Agenda Management: Collaborate with DST permanent members to define meeting agendas, maintain an agenda backlog, and keep records of past DST sessions.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders to schedule topics, conduct preparation meetings, and set presentation objectives.

• Meeting Coordination: Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, presentations, and speeches with support from permanent members and the DST Moderator.

• Session Animation: Lead DST sessions, manage timekeeping, and oversee action tracker follow-ups.

• Logistics Management: Handle logistical aspects such as meeting room reservations and catering.

• Documentation: Ensure accurate recording, validation, and distribution of Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and actions, and record decisions as necessary.

• Action Monitoring: Keep track of key actions, milestones, interdependencies, and pending issues.

• Presentation Materials: Manage the collection, storage, and accessibility of DST presentation materials.

• Ad-hoc Meetings: Prepare for ad-hoc meetings, including agenda coordination and input consolidation.

• Reporting: Provide monthly DST outcome reports during VC All Teams Information Cascade meetings, along with regular updates on DST key figures and alignment with existing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Knowledge:

• Basics of Information Security and/or Information Technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in French, German, and/or Spanish is a plus but not essential.

Experience:

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or digital environments.
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus but not essential.

Leadership Skills:

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in remote collaboration with diverse backgrounds and nationalities, including managing hybrid teams (remote and onsite).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with resourcefulness and strong problem-solving abilities.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with red data sharing solutions.
• Proficiency in IT project management, processes, methods, and tools.
• Knowledge of data analytics, including KPI design and management.
