Director of Services and Quality Assurance

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not for Profit are working with an established charity to find a Director of Services and Quality Assurance to join their team. The successful candidate will join the Executive Team, responsible for the management, strategic leadership, and development of the organization, strengthening its position as a leading violence against women, domestic and sexual violence/abuse service provider, and campaigning organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Services & Quality Assurance will oversee the strategic implementation and delivery of the organization's support and aftercare services, ensuring quality assurance and risk management.

This post open to women only under the Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1.

What the Director of Services and Quality Assurance will be doing:

• Work with the CEO and Board to inform the strategic direction of prevention, support, and aftercare services.
• Implement the strategy set by the Board, leading and overseeing the operation of support services to meet strategic outcomes.
• Develop a robust performance management culture with a focus on accountability and outcomes, leading by example in managing senior and other staff.

What the Director of Services and Quality Assurance will need:

• A senior track record at the executive level of working in a support services environment, for example, refuges, acute support charities, care, and supported housing, etc.
• Experience of motivating and inspiring a multi-disciplined staff team who work collaboratively and with focus.
• A track record in working effectively in multi-agency settings and speaking up for the rights of women and children.

• £41,000-£45,000 per anumn
