This firm have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic and ambitious Solicitor/Associate to join this dynamic Dispute Resolution team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the continued success of the General Dispute Resolution & Property Litigation department, serving a well-established client base across our extensive network of 16 offices.

What you will be doing as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor

• Deliver high-quality legal work for the General Dispute Resolution & Property Litigation department, consistently meeting individual and team targets and KPIs.
• Draft complex legal documents to exacting standards and adeptly navigate intricate legal challenges with minimal supervision. Leverage your experience to manage your own caseload and provide expert advice to clients.
• Engage with clients through various communication channels, including email, telephone, Teams, and in-person meetings. Maintain timely updates on case progress, taking a lead role as the primary fee-earner.
• Foster client relationships and actively explore business development opportunities. Contribute to the firms reputation by crafting articles, delivering talks and presentations, and networking both within and outside the firm.
• Provide supervision and guidance to assistants when needed.

The experience you will have as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor

• Possesses a strong commitment to building a successful career in the firms practice areas, with prior experience in either field of Dispute or Property Litigation.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with individuals at all levels.
• Exhibits confidence in networking and proactively seeking out opportunities for business development.
• Displays strong self-management skills, including problem-solving and the ability to take initiative.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at prioritisation, and consistently meets deadlines.
• Proficient in time recording, comfortable using case management systems, and well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite.
