Dispute Resolution Solicitor - Swansea

An opportunity has arisen in a multi-service highly regarded law firm with a long-standing reputation.

They are looking for a solicitor to strengthen their growing dispute resolution team

This is what you’ll be doing

Areas of work include commercial contract disputes, director/shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence, all types of property disputes, trust disputes, contentious probate and disputes between family members.

You will be provided with the opportunity to work with a team of specialists in the sector. You will support expert fee earners whilst gaining solid exposure and experience in the field. This is a fantastic opportunity for highly driven candidates who are looking to build their career.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

The successful candidate will have the ability to handle a large caseload, dealing with both private client disputes and Commercial litigation. Working as part of a team you are likely to have 0-4 yrs PQE or equivalent within a Dispute Resolution Department.  The role offers good long term prospects, and professional development opportunities.
