Employment Associate

A Legal 500 and Times Top 200 firm are looking for an ambitious Employment Solicitor/Associate (3-6PQE), to join their award winning Employment team, within their central Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Solicitor to join a high performing team, which provides advice to businesses in the technology and retail sectors, on a national level.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Play an integral part in a highly regarded technology practice, working on a broad range of high value corporate matters, predominately focused on venture capital and M&A
• Maintain strong client relationships on a regional, national and international level
• Deal with business acquisitions, disposals, shareholders agreements, reorganisations and joint ventures
• Involvement within business development activities

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Solicitor or Associate 3-6 PQE
• Solid Employment Law experience, with the ability to take on a high degree of responsibility
• Ability to build strong client relationships, with excellent communication skills
• Naturally resilient, with a genuine commitment to the firm and your clients’ needs
• Meticulous and entrepreneurial
• Driven to continue to progress your career
