Employment Solicitor – Cardiff

Employment Solicitor sought for a new role with a well-established and highly regarded firm, to be based in Cardiff.

This is what you’ll be doing

This role will allow you to experience and work on all aspects of employment law, including: managing grievances and disciplinary procedures, advising on whistleblowing and discrimination issues/complaints, commercial support work such as re-organisations and TUPE transfers and providing vital support to the firm's clients on a daily basis. As an employment Solicitor in the team you will join a large team and work on high value, complex employment law matters. This will include advising commercial clients on both non-contentious and contentious employment law.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

You will be a qualified Solicitor NQ to 5 PQE, with demonstrable experience in Employment Law.
