Employment Law Solicitor/Legal Executive

Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, and Berkshire

We are a specialist employment law and HR practice serving clients across the Southwest of England. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced employment law solicitor or legal executive to join our team of qualified professionals and trainee solicitors.

Due to a stable and consistent period of growth the practice is looking to further expand and develop the existing team with the appointment of another employment law solicitor or legal executive who share the firms' values and high levels of service standards.

This is what you'll bring to the team as an Employment Law Solicitor/Legal Executive

• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law
• Strong track record handling a full caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
• Ability to represent clients in tribunal proceedings and draft settlement agreements
• Experience advising on employee relations issues and policy and procedures
• Strong commercial and legal acumen, with the ability to provide sound advice to a diverse client base
• Diplomatic skills and good judgement
• Marketing and business development skills a plus
