Enterprise Architect - up to £120,000 DOE - Bristol/Hybrid

I'm pleased to be working with a leading provider of HCM solutions looking to add an experienced individual to a diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you'll hold the keys to shaping the technical landscape of cutting-edge products and solutions. If you're passionate about driving innovation, collaborating with top-tier teams and playing a central role in designing end-to-end architectural solutions this could be an exciting career opportunity.

This is what you'll be doing:

You'll lead the technical vision and work closely with the CTO to shape the architectural perspective of a diverse product suite. You'll collaborate with senior managers to design a strong technical integration strategy, and a "big data" solution. You'll partner with the AI team to enhance products with contemporary technologies and provide technical leadership.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

We're looking for someone with deep expertise in enterprise architecture and SaaS technologies. A software development background will go a long way as well as knowledge of infrastructure, and familiarity with DevOps. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.

You'll focus on:

• Designing comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Evaluating and recommending emerging technologies.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
• Implement quality assurance processes and governance.
