Executive Assistant
We are working with a Partnership business who is opening a new office in Cardiff. They are looking for an experienced EA to join their team. As their EA you will provide support directly to the CEO and the wider management team. This role will be working from home initially whilst you help set up the new office.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Provide administration support to the CEO and wider management team supporting the Cardiff office
- Manage diary and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, and presentations when required.
- Assist in the production and circulation of Board Meeting reports and minutes
- Manage the setup of meeting rooms and IT facilities
- Organise logistics for meetings, events, and client hospitality
- Help set up the Cardiff Office
- Efficiently organise and maintain a filing system
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential
- Experience within Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
- Good communication skills and high level of confidentiality
- Ability to manage own workload and with a high level of initiative.
- Minute taking at board level
