What you’ll be doing?
This is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join an Occupational Therapy company based in Rumney. In this role you will be:
- Supporting the Managing Director
- Manage email inbox
- Book meetings
- Book appointments
- Run events administration
- Answer incoming calls
What you’ll bring to the team?
As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will be:
- Highly organised
- Have passed a DBS Check
- Proficient in office 365
- Previous experience in administration
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Good at multi-tasking
By being an Executive Assistant, you will receive:
- A salary from £13 per hour
- Flexible working hours dependant on your situation
